Pluriel: the Montreal event on inclusion that you won't want to miss!

Join us for a day of workshops and discussions!

In collaboration with Consultation M/A, we’re organizing our first in-person event, and we promise: no corporate nonsense and no one trying to sell you a bill of goods!

(Please note: The sessions will be conducted in French, but you will be able to express yourself in English.)
I want my spot

“What's the plan?”
We're keeping a few surprises under wraps for the day, but here's what we can tell you so far:

- There won't be a presentation with 72 slides to sit through.

- You won't see anyone speaking from behind a lectern while the audience listens. We all have something to say!

- We'll be a small group so we'll all have plenty of time to chat and share ideas.

The conversations will be frank, open, and perhaps confrontational. But you already know that! Inclusion is NEVER comfortable! Participation and collective intelligence will take precedence!

Why you need to be there (and not somewhere else)

The world of work can sometimes be a bit dreary. Working toward inclusion is often challenging. We’re going to add a little sparkle, some common sense, and plenty of practical solutions! No empty talk, no empty promises. Just the cream of the URelles community gathered in one room to brighten up your Monday mornings.

Warning: Spots are filling up faster than a boss's excuse for refusing to let you work from home!
I want to be part of the day

Event Details

Who: Anyone interested in social and workplace inclusion.
Date: May 6, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Location: CRIM, 405 Ogilvy Avenue, H3N 1M3, Montreal
Schedule for the day (in French)

Is the event accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes, the building is fully accessible. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

How do I get to the event?

You’ll see, we’ve (almost) thought of everything!

  • The CRIM is located across from the Parc metro station (blue line)
  • We’re located 100 meters from the Montreal/Blainville-St-Jérôme train station
  • Express buses 480 and 80 are right nearby
  • There are also about 100 parking spaces available on site.

So, did we think of everything or what?!

Are meals included?

Of course! We’re not going to go a whole day without eating! There will be a coffee break, lunch, and cocktails with hors d’oeuvres at the end of the day. It’s all included in the ticket price!

We also recommend that you bring a reusable water bottle, as water will be available.

Do you need to have prior knowledge of DEI to participate?

Absolutely not, and that’s really important to us! The event is open to anyone interested in issues of inclusion, even if they don’t have any prior knowledge. Seriously, we really want everyone to come!

In what language are the sessions conducted?

The sessions are conducted in French, but if you are more comfortable speaking English, you may participate in the language of your choice.

How many people will attend the event?

We love the world, but we also love it when things are on a human scale. So we’re capping it at 150 people. Spots are limited, so if we were you, we wouldn’t wait to buy a ticket! 😉
