Laurence Dumont, Sofia El Mouderrib and Audrey Murray are three young women who studied psychology and neuropsychology and decided in January 2017 to co-found nev, a company that uses neuroscience in the world of work.

The three co-founders met in a research lab at the Université de Montréal, during a course on work psychology. They quickly realized that the knowledge they were building up about how the brain works at the cellular level could explain how people behave in the workplace.

“We quickly realized that we had to do something with this: explain to workers how to make good use of their main working tool, their brain, for healthy productivity,” explains Audrey Murray.

They decided to set up a business services company. They help companies to better manage their employees.
